Isis is the wife of Black Adam. She makes a cameo appearance in Black Adam's ending.
Biography[]
Adrianna Tomaz was a refugee who was enslaved and brought to Black Adam as a gift from Intergang. Upon freeing her, Black Adam found her to be unafraid and highly vocal about how he could change his country for the better. After weeks of discussion, during which Adrianna changed the way Adam looked at the world, Adam retrieved the magical amulet of Isis from the tomb of his wife and children, and asked Shazam to confer its power on Adrianna. Upon holding the amulet and speaking "I am Isis", Adrianna was transformed and instilled with the goddess's powers. She and Adam began traveling the Middle East and freeing enslaved children, hoping to find Isis' kidnapped brother. Adam eventually proposes to Isis, and the two are wed by Shazam.
Injustice: Gods Among Us[]
In Black Adam's ending, Isis appears as his side ruling Kahndaq, which is transformed by its king into an oasis of life and happiness in a world turned a hell of death and despair (much to Black Adam's work).

Isis is a tall woman with long dark hair, with various jewelry adorned around her neck and arms, the amulet of Isis engraved in the circlet around her hair, and she wears a long flowing white dress.
